Financial and commercial literacy in relation to business analysis and performance review and recommending changes where appropriate, both in operational and in structural terms.  We address both organisational and cultural issues in order to enhance business function.

We draw on John Cox's experience as Managing Director of a variety of publishing organisations over twenty years, utilising his knowledge and understanding of public sector culture and methods derived from his experience in public service with the Air Transport Users Council.  Our objective is to productively marry the differing cultures in the public and private sectors.
