The relationship between commercial business policy and the legal issues that arise in electronic content licensing arrangements, including electronic journals is crucial.  The licence agreement is usually the tool to express that policy.  We are expert in articulating that relationship, both from the publisher's viewpoint and from the librarian's perspective.  We can help publishers and librarians manage the process of change that migrating to online involves.
